It became my favorite place to stay in Sarasota. The breakfast was tasty, the staff was decent, the grounds were clean.

Both my sister and I enjoyed being there. The rooms were non-smoking and perfect with clean facilities.

It was definitely 3 stars for me: packed breakfast and nice bed.

We liked the hotel, its fantastic staff and rooms. Yogurt, boiled eggs and hot chocolate were better than expected.

It is a HIP NEW property located in North Sarasota Airport district adjacent to shopping centers as well as downtown.

The bathrooms are very dated.

Understanding staff and nice service, unbeatable location. The bedroom was actually excellent. I had breakfast in the restaurant and everything was good. You could walk to shopping centres and supermarkets. Quick check-in, late check-out. Overall my stay was delightful and I would come here again

I had a special stay and I would stay here again. Came in Sarasota to relax and have fun, this hotel was interesting place for doing it. It was centrally located in a nice quiet area. Spacious bedrooms and large beds.

Staff were HOSPITABLE, they made our stay here fine.

Would want to stay there again if in Sarasota. Excellent bedrooms. North Sarasota Airport is a district that deserves exploring.

Fantastic little place to stay while in Sarasota. My experience was good, everything was amazing. Nice swimming pool and absolutely perfect location. All staff was accommodating, resolved my issues.

Non-smoking, compact room and very efficient staff. Outstanding view, a big balcony, lovely bed, too. Bagged breakfast was appetizing : eggs, bacon and hot waffles. Easy check-out too.

The place was terrific, we liked it. The continental breakfast was fine, had eggs, hot waffles and bacon. The pool bar was modern and the drinks were soft.

The stuff members where extremely helpful and suggested local places.

Great budget hotel, courteous service, and fair value. Staff were especially nice and fairly good made my stay really amazing! I had modern king room with clean facilities and laundry and 2 beds too. Generally everything was perfect, though the bathroom was dirty. There also was free parking and heated pool. I loved my time in this property.

Everything in the hotel was fine, the place was clean enough. Central location, not too far away from a public liberal arts college. In short, the room was fully equipped, so so comfy bed, spotless bathroom. They made my stay very comfortable. There was continental breakfast. Efficient service offered too😀

I loved fabulously friendly staff, super location. The room was reasonably spacious, I had facilities I needed for a nice stay. It was clean and everything was fine.

The staff was absolutely nice and the bed was comfy. We didn't have time and didn't try the continental breakfast. And it also had wonderful view. Don't forget to explore North Sarasota Airport district. Further, it was short walk to beach, down town and the marina.

Location was such convenient, our room was good quiet and huge. There was plenty of so much delicious options for continental breakfast...

I would recommend this hotel, it was a very pleasant stay. Relaxing area, central location. The view is MARVELLOUS and the pool is lovely. What is comfortable that free Wi-Fi was provided throughout the property.

It was a very very good stay, pretty basic place. Every detail in this hotel was superb, I loved staff and rooms. The venue was in a safe area. Plus I reached Sarasota Classic Car Museum in 5 minutes by foot.

Wanted to explore Sarasota and this hotel was nice base for doing it. They served us a free breakfast. We loved our stay.

Good sized rooms, parking. The beach was close to the hotel we stayed at.

It was a 3-star hotel in every way. Stopped by Sunnyside Cafe to get some coffee and treats, it's really close to the venue, recommend;))

Wonderful base for exploring Sarasota. We truly enjoyed this place, it has very GOOD location and staff.
